Grupa Bodzinski.pl CSR Policy

Grupa Bodzinski.pl CSR Policy

Introduction: shared Grupa Bodzinski.pl standards

Centrum Informacji Prawnej sp. z o.o. belongs to Grupa Bodzinski.pl, which has adopted and applies a shared corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy. At Centrum Informacji Prawnej its principles inform our Polish legal services and advisory and administrative support in Polish-British matters. All group companies share these values, while each remains responsible for its actions and impacts. This policy sets standards and priorities; it does not claim that every possible initiative has been completed.

1. Purpose and scope of responsibility

The policy covers operations, services, communications and partnerships. It combines business objectives with respect for people, the environment and fair conduct. Each entity is responsible for implementation within its operations. It is neither a report of completed initiatives nor a claim to certifications. Responsibility involves evaluating outcomes rather than a one-off promotional campaign.

2. EDEK as our foundation

Education, Dialogue, Ecology and a culture of responsibility, organise our priorities. Education enables informed decisions. Dialogue identifies real needs rather than assuming them. Ecology promotes sound resource use. Responsibility connects these areas with assigned tasks, documented agreements and willingness to correct course. We assess initiatives for social value, feasibility and relevance to the particular business.

3. Education and reliable knowledge

Our priority is accessible explanation of legal, business and organisational matters. For materials, training and open meetings, we define the audience, purpose and usefulness assessment. Content should disclose limitations and currency where relevant, and distinguish general knowledge from an individual service. Free access, scope and participation conditions must be clear. Accreditation or special qualifications must not be claimed without a genuine basis.

4. Stakeholder dialogue

Our stakeholders include clients, colleagues, partners, suppliers, families and communities connected with our activities. Suggestions may be sent to csr@bodzinski.org; service enquiries to kancelaria@cip.legal. Before selecting an initiative, we examine whether it addresses an identified need and whether intended recipients could express their views. We organise feedback by theme and minimise personal data. We cannot promise to implement every proposal: decisions reflect purpose, resources and risk.

5. People, family and accessibility

We seek working relationships free of violence and discrimination, respecting health, family life and caring responsibilities. Flexible arrangements are considered where compatible with the work and resources. Communication, materials and training should address readability, language and technical or functional barriers. Adjustment requests are considered individually. Disabled people are recognised as independent participants with skills and decision-making rights, not solely as recipients of support.

6. Ecology in everyday decisions

We first reduce what is unnecessary: printing, material consumption and travel without justified value. Digital documents and remote meetings are preferred where consistent with client needs, security and law. Purchasing decisions consider durability, repairability, genuine replacement needs and proper disposal. Organisational convenience must not disadvantage people requiring alternative communication. Measures are adapted to each company’s actual impact.

7. Fair partnerships and supply chains

Supplier selection should consider quality, lawful conduct, fair terms, security and data protection, proportionate to contract value and risk. Small partners should not be asked for unverifiable declarations. Prices, deadlines and commitments must be clear. Reports of serious human-rights violations, corruption or unlawful data use require assessment and appropriate action before cooperation continues.

8. Social initiatives and partnerships

Projects should relate to the group’s expertise or genuine community needs, especially education, knowledge accessibility and informed choices. Each initiative requires a purpose, recipients, owner, resources, timeframe and result assessment. A social partner’s identity and use-of-support rules must be checked. Images, health details and personal stories must not be published without a proper basis. Declining publicity should not determine access to agreed support.

9. Responsible technology and privacy

Digital tools are selected for usefulness, security, accessibility and proportionate cost. Data collected for social initiatives is minimised. AI and new platforms require assessment of purpose, risks and information-use terms. People remain accountable for publications and decisions. We do not profile vulnerable individuals to exploit their circumstances. Privacy enquiries: IOD@CIP.LEGAL.

10. Transparency without pretence

We distinguish aims, ongoing activity and achieved results. Figures must identify the reporting period, scope and source. Intentions must not be presented as completed projects, or external assurance implied without verification. Environmental claims must be specific and supported. Terms such as zero-emission, climate-neutral or fully sustainable require adequate evidence. Incorrect information must be explained and corrected.

11. Implementation and resources

For implementation, the management or owner of each entity appoints a coordinator. The coordinator prepares a proportionate plan and refers material risks for authorised decisions. Spending requires approval and accurate records. This document invents neither a budget nor unawarded grants. Financial matters: finanse@bodzinski.org. Initiative coordination and social partnerships: csr@bodzinski.org.

12. Measuring progress

An adopted plan should specify a baseline, goal, owner and review date. Possible indicators include educational materials shared, usefulness feedback, accessibility needs addressed, corrective actions completed or resources used within a measurable scope. Publication reach alone does not establish social value. Indicators must reflect actual data; we do not display empty counters. Emissions, consumption or cost reductions must not be claimed without reliable comparisons.

13. Feedback, remedy and review

Send policy or initiative feedback to csr@bodzinski.org, ethical concerns to kancelaria@cip.legal and privacy matters to IOD@CIP.LEGAL. Reports of negative impact require assessment, dialogue and proportionate remedy. Following implementation, review is planned at least annually, considering results, feedback and business changes. Material changes are documented. CSR complements the ethics code without replacing legal obligations or separate procedures.
